After struggling with my weight for years, I realized that I could probably do a lot to improve my health if I made a commitment to healthier eating. I started moving towards a more vegetable and lean protein-based diet, and while it was tricky at first, I quickly made some significant progress towards a healthier lifestyle. I felt really happy about how things were going, and within no time, other people were coming to me to ask what I was cooking at home.
